Fix Package ‘python-scipy’ has no installation candidate Error – Python Tutorial

When executing command: sudo apt-get install python-numpy python-scipy python-matplotlib ipython ipython-notebook python-pandas python-sympy python-nose on kali linux. we encountered a problem: Package ‘python-scipy’ has no installation candidate.
