The answer is not.

The simple means the content of lyrics sites are almost the same, you can collect many lyrics from other lyrics sites.
Reason 2. You should process copyright problem.
Copyright of lyrics is a hard problem.
Reason 3. Google have done what you plan to do
I have searched a keyword ‘know me lyric’, you can find google will show you the lyric of this song in your search result page, which means you will not get traffic from it.
So if you want to build a lyrics site, i think it is not a good idea.
